1. What is Gift Wall?

  • All LIVE creators can turn on their Gift Wall to interact with viewers and make their LIVE streams more engaging.
  • Each Gift on the Gift Wall has a target number. To light up a Gift, the same viewer must send that Gift the required number of times. The total number of Gifts lit up each week will be shown on the Gift Wall.
  • When a Gift is lit up, the viewer who sends the most of that Gift becomes the top gifter and will be recognized during the creator’s LIVE streams. Top gifters are reset every Monday.

2. How can viewers light up Gifts?

  • Each gift in the Gift Wall has a required number. To light it up, a viewer must send that gift the specified number of times shown below it.
  • Gifts in the Gift Wall are also available in the Gift panel. When a viewer selects such a gift, a message will appear at the top of the Gift panel.

3. Who are the king gifters?

  • A viewer can become a king gifter by lighting it up or by surpassing its current king gifter through sending more Gifts than them.
  • king gifters will be reset every Monday. Everyone has a chance to be a king gifter!

4. How will the king gifters get recognized?

  • A “king gifter” label will also appear every time the king gifter of a Gift sends that Gift during the creator’s LIVE.
  • king gifters’ profile photos and usernames will appear in the creator’s Gift Wall.
  • Note that these recognitions for king gifters are reset every Monday.

5. Can LIVE creators turn off Gift Wall?

  • Yes. LIVE creators can turn off Gift Wall in Settings. Once a creator turns off Gift Wall, king gifters will not be recognized during their LIVE streams.
  • If the LIVE creator turns it on again before the Gift Wall is reset, the king gifters from that week will get recognized again.
  • Note that if creators turn off LIVE Gifts in Settings, Gift Wall will be automatically turned off as well.

6. Can senders opt out of Gift Galleries?

  • Yes. If gifters do not want to display their information in Gift Galleries, they can opt out of Gift Galleries in Settings.
  • Once a gifter opts out, the Gifts they sent won’t be counted in any Gift Wall and they won’t be recognized as king gifters.
  • Gifters who opt in again before the weekly Gift
  • Wall reset will restore their records.

7. What are Special Gifts?

  • Special Gifts are time-limited Gifts which may be made available from time to time. Viewers will be able to light up Special Gifts and become weekly king gifters, as explained above.
  • Note that Special Gifts will not be counted for the purposes of the completion of the Gift Wall.
