1. What are Coins and how can I recharge them?

Coins are Tepnot in-app virtual items. They are typically used for:

  1. Sending virtual Gifts to the hosts you like
  2. Accessing other services on Tepnot (such as Shoutouts and Promote).

How can I recharge Coins:

  1. In your settings, tap “Balance”, then tap “Recharge”. Then choose the Coin package that you would like to purchase.
  2. During a LIVE video, tap the “Gift” icon, then tap Recharge at the bottom. Then choose the Coin package that you would like to purchase.

Note: All in-app purchases must be made with the payment method associated with your Google Play or App Store account. Remember to link a valid payment method through your Google Play or App Store if you want to recharge.

2. My recharge is suspended

If we detect any unusual transactions on your account, recharging your coins will be temporarily unavailable.

3. Purchasing and using Coins is currently unavailable

Purchasing and using Coins is currently only available in certain regions and to people who are at least 18 years old (exceptions: you must be 19 years old in Korea).

Tepnot only supports purchases in our app. To make purchases, go to the Tepnot official website or download Tepnot.

If you are unable to purchase Coins or send virtual Gifts, you can submit your problem by tapping “Need more help?” below.

4. My payment couldn't be processed

If you meet the requirements to purchase Coins but your purchasing cannot be processed normally, confirm:

  1. You have linked a valid payment method with your Google Play or App Store account.
  2. You are not using a VPN for your network.
  3. You updated your Tepnot app to the latest version.
  4. You have a stable network connection.

If you still can’t recharge coins, you can submit your problem in support.

5. I didn't receive my Coins after making a payment

If you haven’t received your coins after making a payment, try restarting the app and refreshing your “Balance” page to see if the issue gets fixed.

 

If you still can’t see the purchased coins, please send us a full screenshot of your Google Play or App Store purchase receipt by tapping “Need more help?” below.

 

Note: You can find the receipt in the confirmation email sent by Google Play or App Store. Please make sure the screenshot you send us contains the order ID, the amount of the transaction, and the time of the payment.
