Star Comment lets you use Coins to highlight your comment and show it at the top of the LIVE chat.
The number of Coins required will be shown to you and may change based on how popular the LIVE is. Star Comments cannot be used for ads or any commercial content.
All Coin usage follows the Virtual Items Policy.
Coins are deducted when you send a Star Comment, but the deduction is only final once the comment is displayed. If the Star Comment is not shown for any reason, your Coins will not be deducted.
Standard: A Standard Star Comment is shown at the top of the LIVE chat for 5 seconds.
Premium: A Premium Star Comment is shown at the top of the LIVE chat for 16 seconds.
After you send a Star Comment, the estimated wait time for it to appear will be shown and updated on the editing screen.
Your Star Comment must be 50 characters or less.
Your Star Comments can be removed by creators or moderators, who have full control over both the comments and the feature.
If your Star Comments are deleted 3 times within 24 hours, your access to the Star Comment feature will be suspended for 48 hours.
If your Star Comment doesn’t meet the creator’s comment filter settings, it won’t be displayed.
If your Star Comment is detected as spam or fraudulent, it will also not be shown.
Once a Star Comment is sent, it cannot be withdrawn.
If multiple viewers send Star Comments during a LIVE, they will be shown based on duration and order. Comments with longer duration are shown first, and among them, earlier comments are shown before later ones.
You can check your Star Comment’s position and estimated wait time in the queue.
Your username, profile picture, and Star Comment duration will be shown in the queue, in line with the Tepnot Privacy Policy. The queue is only visible to users who have sent a Star Comment.
If you don’t want this information to be visible, please do not send a Star Comment.
You can see how many Coins you spent on Star Comments by going to Balance > Recharge > Coin History > Star Comments.
