1. How does the Daily Ranking work?
The Daily Ranking is reset at 10:00 UTC +6 every day. LIVE creators are ranked by the number of Diamonds they receive from the reset time. The more Diamonds they receive, the higher they are ranked.
Daily Ranking reaches a midday point at 00:30 every day. The top 20 creators on Daily Ranking by the midday point will receive a LIVE announcement.
2. What can I get if I become a top LIVE creator in the Daily Ranking?
Top 1 LIVE creator
Announcement across all LIVE: When the No.1 creator starts their LIVE the next day, a notification of them going LIVE will appear in all ongoing LIVE streams.
Top 3 LIVE creators
Special effect: When the ranking refreshes, a special effect will appear on the profile frames of the top 3 creators’ ongoing LIVE streams to highlight their achievement in the ranking.
LIVE announcement: When the ranking refreshes, a LIVE announcement will appear in their own ongoing LIVE streams to show their final ranking.
LIVE name frame: The top 3 LIVE creators will also get a special profile frame and a profile background color shown at the top of their ongoing LIVE streams.

3. Can I choose not to participate in rankings?
Yes. When you don’t participate in the rankings, you won’t be shown on ranking lists, and Diamonds that you collect during this period won’t be calculated towards the rankings. 2 ways to turn off the rankings are:
- From the Go LIVE screen, tap Settings > Rankings.
- During LIVE, tap More > Settings > Rankings.
4. Am I eligible for the Daily Ranking?
All LIVE creators who collect Diamonds are eligible for Daily Ranking as long as they follow Community Guidelines. LIVE creators who violate Community Guidelines are not eligible for Daily Ranking and cannot get rewards.
If a LIVE creator’s location changes while they are part of a ranking, they will still be ranked according to their original location.
If a LIVE creator has multiple accounts displayed in the ranking, only one of their accounts will be qualified for the ranking.
Creator rankings aim to encourage individual creators to make quality LIVE content in order to rank up. To ensure fair competition, Group LIVE accounts or any accounts displaying group content (a LIVE involving 3 or more creators including the LIVE creator in an organized performance with an announcer) more than twice in the past 30 days or more than once in the past 10 LIVE streams will be ineligible to participate in creator rankings. If you think you’ve been wrongly deemed ineligible, you can Report a problem.
Tepnot reserves the right to disqualify a LIVE creator from this ranking if we reasonably believe that they’ve manipulated their location. Report a problem if you have any questions.
5. How can I turn off creator ranking notifications?
Creator ranking notifications can be turned off in
LIVE > Settings > Ranking. By turning off notifications, you will no longer receive updates about ranking changes.
