2. How do I join a Fan Circle?

To join a LIVE creator’s Fan Circle, watch their LIVE and send a “Fan Me” using 1 Coin. Once sent, you’ll automatically join the Fan Circle.

3. Can I join more than 1 Fan Circle?

Yes. To view the Fan Circles you’ve joined, go to Profile > Fan Badge > Fan Rewards > Manage.

4. How do I level up?

  • You can complete missions during a LIVE creator’s stream to earn ribbons and level up.
  • Make sure to claim your ribbons the same day they expire at the end of the day if not claimed.
Daily Missions (2 total):

Complete both to get an extra 10 bonus fan points.

  • Send a Fan Me: Send 1 per day to earn 25 fan points.
  • Add a comment: Post 1 comment to earn 10 fan points.

Extra Ways to Earn Ribbons:
You can earn more ribbons by actively engaging in LIVE streams. These also expire at the end of the day if not claimed.

  • Send a Go Popular: After reaching Level 10, earn 1 fan point for each Go Popular sent.
  • Watch LIVE: Earn 8 fan points for every 5 minutes watched (up to 40 fan points).
  • Send Gifts: Earn 1 fan point for every Coin used to send Gifts.
  • You’ll also be notified whenever you have fan points ready to claim.

5. How long will my rewards be available?

If you don’t claim any fan points for 7 days (on days when the LIVE creator goes live), your fan level and rewards will be frozen.

You’ll receive inbox notifications on the 5th and 6th day as a reminder.

To reactivate your fan status, you need to send a Fan Me using 1 Coin.

6. How will the fan badge name show?

When the creator assigns a name to the fan badge, it will be shown on your badge automatically.

7. How do I use stickers in LIVE?

After joining a creator’s Fan Circle, you can use Fan Circle stickers. This includes both default stickers and custom stickers added by the creator in LIVE comments.

8. What is Circle quest?

Circle Quest is a daily activity that you can join by sending a Fan Me and claiming fan points.

There are 3 stages in a Circle Quest. Each stage is completed when 5, 15, and 50 fans send a Fan Me and claim their fan points.

When a stage is completed, it unlocks special rewards for the entire Fan Circle:

  • Circle Cheers
  • Circle Power
  • Circle Victory

Once unlocked, all fans can send these Gifts during the LIVE to celebrate.

Circle Quest resets every day, and only 1 Fan Me per fan counts toward progress.

The first 50 fans who join will be shown in the quest details, in the order they sent their Fan Me.

9. What is Popular LIVE bonus period?

Viewers can send a Fan Me to join a creator’s Fan Circle, and send “Go Popular” to help improve the Fan Circle’s rank on Popular LIVE.

A bonus period runs from 20:00 to 21:00 (based on the creator’s time zone). During this time, each Go Popular gives double points for ranking.

You can check bonus period details and join from Popular LIVE, the Fan Circle, or the Gift panel.

10. Can I leave a Fan Circle?

Yes, you can.

To leave a Fan Circle, go to Profile > Fan Badge > Fan Rewards > Manage > Leave.

Once you leave a creator’s Fan Circle, you will lose all the rewards you earned from it.

You can rejoin by sending a Fan Me (1 Coin) during the creator’s LIVE, but your previous rewards will not be restored.
