A LIVE match lets creators compete with each other in a fun and friendly way during a LIVE session.
Viewers can support creators by sending Gifts or liking the LIVE. Creators earn points based on this support:
Likes and Gifts sent to guests in a creator’s LIVE also count toward the creator’s total points.
You can see match points and rankings in each creator’s window and on the top progress bar. When points reach certain levels, you may also see estimated totals or the point difference between creators or teams.
B. What is a specific-gift match and how does it work?
A creator can start a specific-gift match by selecting a particular Gift before inviting another creator.
In this type of match, the winner is decided based only on how many of that selected Gift viewers send. Viewers can still send other Gifts or like the LIVE, but only the chosen Gift will count toward the result.
Specific Gifts are counted whether they are sent directly or come from Gift Boxes.
In all-gift matches, contributors are viewers who support the LIVE by either liking it or sending Gifts during the match.
In specific-gift matches, contributors are viewers who send the selected specific Gift chosen by the LIVE creator during the match.
The top 3 viewers who earn the highest match points for the creators or teams during a LIVE match are highlighted during the victory lap.
The viewer who contributes the most points to the winning creator or team is named the MVP (Most Valuable Player).
If the match ends in a draw, there will be no victory lap and no top contributors.
Contributor rankings reset after each LIVE match, giving everyone a fresh chance to appear in the next round.
Match power-ups are special tools that viewers can use to help their favorite LIVE creator or team win a match.
Viewers and guests can send power-ups, but they can only be applied to the creator’s LIVE content. However, Gifts sent to both the creator and guests can still trigger power-up effects.
Current power-ups include: Boosting Gloves, Vault Gloves, Magic Mist, Time Maker, and Stun Hammer.
This feature is only available in selected regions.
Bonus missions are special challenges during LIVE matches that give creators or teams a chance to earn extra gifting points when viewers send Gifts to support them.
Likes and Gifts sent to guests in a creator’s LIVE also count toward bonus mission points.
Creators have 3 minutes to hover their hands up, down, left, and right in front of the screen to try to catch falling beans and collect points. The creator with the highest score at the end will be announced as the winner, and a 2-minute victory lap will begin.
Beans will fall every time they are triggered by the system, by viewer comments, or when viewers send Catch Beans Gifts to the LIVE.
