3. How long will my level stay active?

 If you don’t send Gifts for 7 days, your level and rewards will freeze.

  • You will get reminders:
  • 48 hours before
  • 24 hours before

  • To activate again, just send a Gift in any LIVE.

  • Your level stays saved unless your account is deleted.

4. Can I leave the program?

Yes. If you turn it off:
  • Your XP will stop increasing
  • Your rewards will be disabled
To turn it off:
  • Live → Settings → Gifter Level Up Program
  • If you turn it on again, your previous level and rewards will return.

Viewers in top 20 LIVE creators’ LIVE videos can send a new type of team Gift and an upgraded “Heart Me” to the top 20 LIVE creators.

To contribute team points, viewers need to be part of a LIVE creator’s team and complete their daily missions.

The daily missions are the same ones that team members can complete to level up in a LIVE creators’ team.

To sum up, by completing the daily missions, team members will get member values to level up, as well as team points which can contribute to the Popular LIVE ranking.

 

Daily missions include:

  • Send a Heart Me

Each member can send 1 Heart Me and get 45 team points.

  • Send Gifts

You can get 1 team point for each Coin you used to send Gifts.

  • Add a comment

You can add 1 comment to get 30 team points.

Daily missions have to be completed during the LIVE creators’ LIVE videos.

Yes. There are 2 ways to turn off the rankings:

  1. From the Go LIVE screen, tap Settings > Rankings.
  2. During LIVE, tap “..” > Settings > Rankings.

All LIVE creators who collect Diamonds are eligible for the rankings. We aim to foster an authentic, diverse, and welcoming community experience.

Some activities may thus not be eligible for this ranking. Ineligible activities include:

  1. Promoting “pay-to-vote” in LIVE videos. LIVE creators present sensitive topics in an inflammatory or polarizing manner for viewers to engage or vote on it through Gifts or other interactions.
  2. LIVE creators going LIVE from a potentially traumatic ongoing tragedy or falsely claiming themselves as victims of a tragedy. A tragedy refers to an event that leads to death, serious injuries, or severe psychological distress.

It includes but is not limited to accidents, regions and countries in conflict, natural disasters, murders, assault, or rape, and domestic violence.

  1. LIVE creators seek to manipulate user engagement. This may include but is not limited to methods like “follow for follow”, “like for like”, or other activity that seeks to increase interaction or traffic in an inauthentic ways.
  2. LIVE creators persistently soliciting Gifts from viewers. This includes but is not limited to LIVE creators inducing viewers to send Gifts, such as with inauthentic or demeaning acts, or through overly repetitive requests – without meaningful interactions with viewers in LIVE videos.
  3. LIVE creators who violate our Community Guidelines are not eligible for the LIVE rankings.

If a LIVE creator’s location changes while they are part of a ranking, they will still be ranked according to their original location.

Tepnot reserves the right to disqualify a LIVE creator from this ranking if we reasonably believe that they’ve manipulated their location.

You could contact customer support for a refund if your comment is reported by a LIVE creator or a moderator.

Creator rankings aim to encourage individual creators to make quality LIVE content in order to rank up. To ensure fair competition, Group LIVE accounts or any accounts displaying group content (a LIVE involving 3 or more creators including the LIVE creator in an organized performance with an announcer) more than twice in the past 30 days or more than once in the past 10 LIVE videos will be ineligible to participate in creator rankings. If you think you’ve been wrongly deemed ineligible, you can Report a problem.
