Virtual Item Policy

1. Purpose

This Virtual Items Policy governs the purchase, use, transfer, and redemption of virtual items within the Tepnot, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Coins
  • Virtual Gifts
  • Virtual Diamonds
  • Promotional Rewards
  • Digital Badges
  • Event Bonuses

By purchasing or using virtual items, you agree to this policy.

All virtual items:

  • Are licensed, not sold.
  • Have no real world monetary value.
  • Do not constitute property, currency, or financial instruments.
  • Are not redeemable for cash except where explicitly permitted under Platform rules.
  • Cannot be transferred outside the Tepnot.
  • Users receive a limited, revocable, non transferable license to use virtual items.

The Platform retains full ownership of all virtual items.

3.1 Purchase of Coins

  • Users may purchase Coins via approved payment methods.
  • Coins:
  • Are digital entertainment credits.
  • Are non refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred between users.
  • All Coin purchases are final unless legally required otherwise.

3.2 Pricing & Taxes

  • Coin pricing may vary by region.
  • Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • The Platform may adjust pricing at any time.

Coins may be used to send Virtual Gifts during live sessions.

  • Virtual Gifts:
  • Are digital animations or effects.
  • Have no cash value.
  • Do not guarantee ranking or rewards.
  • Are voluntary.
  • Sending gifts does not guarantee any financial return.

Creators may receive Diamonds based on:

  • Gifts sent by viewers
  • Promotional event rewards
  • Platform bonuses

Diamonds:

  • Are internal platform reward points.
  • Do not represent ownership of money.
  • Are subject to eligibility requirements.
  • May be converted to earnings only if the creator qualifies.

The Platform may:

  • Set minimum withdrawal thresholds.
  • Conduct fraud checks.
  • Delay or deny withdrawals.

Adjust Diamond balances if errors occur.

Diamond redemption may require:

  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Age verification (18+)
  • Tax documentation
  • Regional eligibility
  • The Platform reserves the right to:
  • Freeze suspicious balances.
  • With hold payments pending investigation.

Reverse Diamonds obtained through abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

These rewards:

  • Are funded by the Platform.
  • Are not pooled from user entry fees.

  • Do not provide lottery participation.
  • Do not guarantee financial return.

The Platform does not operate gambling services.

If a user:

Initiates fraudulent chargebacks Reverses payments after using Coins Engages in payment abuse

The Platform may:

  • Suspend the account
  • Deduct Diamonds from related accounts
  • Block future purchases
  • Pursue legal remedies

If an account is suspended or terminated:

  • All virtual items may be forfeited.

No compensation will be provided.

  • Access to unused Coins may be revoked.
  • Virtual items do not survive account termination.

In case of:

  • System malfunction
  • Incorrect crediting
  • Pricing error
  • Display error

The Platform may:

  • Correct balances
  • Reverse transactions
  • Cancel mistaken rewards

Creators are responsible for:

  • Reporting earnings
  • Paying income tax

Complying with local tax regulations

The Platform may issue tax forms if required by law.

Users must comply with:

  • Local financial laws
  • Currency regulations
  • Tax laws

If virtual items are restricted in your jurisdiction, use of the Platform may be limited.

The Platform may:

  • Modify virtual item structures
  • Change conversion rates
  • Adjust withdrawal eligibility
  • Update policies at any time

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
