To link a new device to your Tepnot account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the app and go to the Chat “Settings”.
  2. Tap on “Link Device”.
  3. A QR code scanner will appear.
  4. On the device you wish to link, open the Tepnot Desk and navigate to the “Link a Device” section to display the QR code.
  5. Use your current device to scan the QR code displayed on the other device.

This will securely link your account, allowing seamless access across 5 devices.
