1. Purpose

These Community Guidelines establish the rules for behavior and content on the Tepnot Technologies Private Limited.

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users.

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Diamond forfeiture
Legal reporting where required.

2. General Principles

Users must:

  • Respect other users.
  • Avoid harmful or illegal activity.

Use the Platform for entertainment purposes only.

Not misuse financial features.

The Platform reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

3. Illegal Activities (Strictly Prohibited)

You may Not use the Platform to:

  • Promote illegal drugs or weapons.
  • Broadcast criminal activity.
  • Promote gambling or betting services.
  • Conduct unauthorized financial schemes.
  • Promote pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
  • Facilitate money laundering.
  • Share stolen data.
  • Promote hacking or cybercrime.

Immediate permanent ban may apply.

4. Gambling & Financial Misuse

The Platform does not allow:

  • Paid entry contests.
  • Betting pools.
  • Lottery style games.
  • Prize pooling between users.
  • Offplatform financial arrangements for gifting.
  • “Guaranteed earnings” schemes.

Creators and agencies may not promise financial returns.

  • Violations may lead to:
  • Account termination
  • Diamond confiscation
  • Legal reporting

5. Harrasment & Abuse

You may Not:
  • Threaten others.
  • Encourage violence.
  • Engage in bullying.
  • Stalk users.
  • Use hate speech.
  • Target protected groups.
  • Sexually harass others.

We maintain zero tolerance for threats of violence.

6. Hate Speech & Extremism

Prohibited content includes:

  • Racist statements.
  • Religious hatred.
  • Ethnic slurs.
  • Extremist propaganda.
  • Terrorist support.

Symbolism linked to banned organizations.

Accounts may be permanently banned.

7. Sexual Content Policy

Allowed:
Non explicit content within community standards.
 
Prohibited:
  • Explicit sexual acts.
  • Nudity involving minors.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Escort services.
  • Pornographic material.
  • Sexual content for payment.
  • Strict enforcement applies.

8. Child Safety

Users under 13 are not allowed.
Prohibited:
  • Sexual content involving minors.
Minor exploitation.
  • Inappropriate conversations with minors.
  • Requests for private contact with minors.

The Platform may report violations to authorities.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

You may Not:
  • Stream copyrighted movies.
  • Broadcast music without license.
  • Share pirated content.
  • Re upload stolen content.
Repeat copyright violations may result in permanent ban.

10. Live  Stream Rules

During live streams, creators must:

  • Maintain appropriate behavior.
  • Avoid dangerous stunts.
  • Not encourage self harm.
  • Not simulate criminal acts.
  • Not fake emergencies.
  • Not stage fraudulent donation drives.

Platform may stop live streams immediately.

11. Self Harm & Dangerous Acts

Content that:
  • Encourages suicide.
  • Promotes self harm.
  • Shows graphic injury.
  • Encourages dangerous challenges.
  • Is strictly prohibited.

12. Spam & Platform Manipulation

Users may Not:
Use bots.
  • Artificially inflate views.
  • Engage in gifting rings.
  • Create multiple fake accounts.
  • Manipulate leaderboards.
  • Coordinate self gifting.

Diamonds obtained through abuse may be reversed.

13. Money Laundering & Fraud

Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Circular gifting between linked accounts.
  • Chargeback fraud.
  • Fake viewer accounts.
  • Coordinated financial manipulation.
  • Offplatform compensation for gifts.
  • Accounts involved may face:
  • Immediate suspension
  • Fund freezing

Reporting to authorities

14. Agency Conduct

Agencies may Not:
  • Collect entry fees for events.
  • Run unauthorized prize pools.
  • Guarantee fixed earnings.
  • Operate gambling like systems.
  • Force creators into financial schemes.
Agency violations may lead to permanent removal.

15. Misleading & Deceptive Content

You may Not:
  • Impersonate others.
  • Fake identity.
  • Mislead users about earnings.
  • Conduct fake charity drives.
  • Spread false financial claims.
Misrepresent your affiliation with the Platform.

16. Privacy Violation

You may Not:
  • Share someone’s private information.
  • Dox users.
  • Leak personal data.
  • Record users without consent (where prohibited by law).

17. Platform Security

Users may Not:
  • Reverse engineer the app.
  • Exploit bugs.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Circumvent security systems.
  • Use modified app versions.
  • Security abuse may lead to legal action.

18. Reporting System

Users may report:

  • Abuse
  • Copyright violations
  • Fraud
  • Harassment
  • Financial manipulation

The Platform may investigate and take action without notice.

19. Enforcement Actions

The Platform may:
  • Issue warnings
  • Remove content
  • Suspend live access
  • Restrict gifting privileges
  • Freeze Diamond balances
  • Permanently terminate accounts

No compensation will be provided for forfeited virtual items.

20. Appeal Process

Users may submit an appeal through support email support@tepnot.com.
The Platform’s decision after review is final.

21. Regional Restrictions

Certain features may be restricted in specific countries.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws.

22. Zero Tolerance Policy

The following result in immediate permanent ban:
  • Child exploitation
  • Terrorism promotion
  • Severe fraud
  • Large scale financial abuse
  • Organized Diamond farming rings
