Diamond Withdrawal Policy

1. Purpose

This Diamond Withdrawal Policy governs the eligibility, verification, conversion, and payment of virtual Diamonds into earnings on the Platform.
Diamonds are virtual reward points and do not represent real currency or property.
Conversion of Diamonds into earnings is a discretionary service provided by the Platform and is subject to compliance review.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To request withdrawal, a Creator must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Complete identity verification (KYC).
  • Provide valid bank or payment details.
  • Comply with all Platform policies.
  • Not be under suspension or investigation.
The Platform reserves the right to deny withdrawal requests if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Nature Of Diamonds

Diamonds:
  • Are virtual platform rewards.
  • Have no guaranteed monetary value.
  • Are not financial instruments.
  • Do not represent deposits or stored value.
  • Are not redeemable on demand.
  • May fluctuate in conversion rate.
The Platform may modify the Diamond to earnings conversion rate at any time.

4. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

The Platform may set:
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts.
  • Daily withdrawal limits.
  • Monthly withdrawal limits.
  • Maximum annual payout caps.
Limits may vary by country.

5. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Before approving withdrawals, the Platform may require:
  • Government issued ID.
  • Selfie verification.
  • Proof of address.
  • Bank account verification.
  • Tax identification number.
  • Enhanced verification may be required for high volume earners.
  • Failure to provide documentation may result in withdrawal denial.

6. Anti Money Laundering (AML) Review

All withdrawals are subject to compliance review.
The Platform may:
  • Monitor unusual gifting patterns.
  • Detect circular transactions.
  • Flag rapid Diamond accumulation.
  • Investigate related account networks.
  • Review suspicious financial behavior.
  • The Platform may freeze balances during investigation.
  • If fraud is confirmed:
  • Diamonds may be reversed.
  • Withdrawals may be permanently denied.
  • Accounts may be terminated.

7. Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals:

  • Are not instant.
  • May take 3–15 business days depending on region.
  • May be delayed for compliance checks.
The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

8. Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for:
  • Reporting earnings.
  • Paying income tax.
  • Complying with local tax regulations.
  • The Platform may:
  • Deduct withholding tax if legally required.
  • Issue tax documentation where required by law.
  • Share payout information with tax authorities if legally obligated.

The Platform does not provide tax advice.

9. Chargeback & Fraud Reversal

If a viewer initiates a chargeback related to Coins used for gifting:
  • Corresponding Diamonds may be deducted.
  • Pending withdrawals may be paused.
  • Related accounts may be reviewed.
  • Fraudulent collaboration between viewer and creator may result in permanent suspension.

10. Account Suspension & Balance Forfeiture.

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Policy violations.
  • Artificial gift inflation.
  • Use of bots.
  • Collusion.
  • Money laundering.
  • Abuse of the reward system.
  • In such cases:
  • Diamond balances may be forfeited.
  • Withdrawal requests may be denied.
  • No compensation will be provided.

11. Error Correction

In case of:
  • Technical malfunction.
  • Incorrect Diamond crediting.
  • Conversion rate error.
  • System exploit.
  • The Platform may:
  • Reverse incorrectly credited Diamonds.
  • Adjust payout amounts.
  • Cancel mistaken withdrawals.
  • Users may not exploit technical errors.

12. No Guarantee Of Income

Participation on the Platform does not:
  • Guarantee earnings.
  • Guarantee minimum payout.
  • Create employment relationship.
  • Establish partnership or joint venture.
  • Creators are independent users.

13. Regional Restrictions

Withdrawal services may not be available in:
  • Sanctioned countries.
  • High risk jurisdictions.
  • Countries with financial restrictions.
  • The Platform may disable withdrawals in specific regions without notice.

14. Right To Modify  Or Suspend Withdrawal Program

The Platform reserves the right to:
  • Modify withdrawal eligibility.
  • Change conversion rates.
  • Suspend withdrawal services.
  • Terminate the Diamond program.
  • Update compliance requirements.

Changes may occur due to:

  • Regulatory updates.
  • Risk management needs.
  • Business restructuring.
  • No liability shall arise from such modifications.

15. Limitation Of Liability

The Platform is not liable for:
  • Bank processing failures.
  • Payment provider errors.
  • Currency conversion fluctuations.
  • Tax penalties incurred by creators.
  • Financial losses resulting from account suspension.
