Live Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tepnot, you agree to be legally bound by:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Virtual Items Policy
  • Diamond Withdrawal Policy
  • AML Policy
  • Creator Agreement
  • Community Guidelines
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform:
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or local minimum age).
  • You must be at least 18 years old to host or withdraw earnings.
  • You must not be located in restricted jurisdictions.
  • You must not be previously banned.

We reserve the right to verify identity and age.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain account security.
  • Not share login credentials.
  • Not create multiple accounts for abuse.
  • Not impersonate others.
  • We may suspend accounts for false information.

4. Nature of the Platform

The Platform is an entertainment and live streaming service.
We do NOT:
  • Offer gambling services.
  • Offer betting or lottery services.
  • Guarantee earnings.
  • Operate as a financial institution.
  • All rewards are promotional in nature.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Broadcast illegal activities.
  • Share copyrighted content without permission.
  • Promote scams or fraud.
  • Conduct off platform financial schemes.
  • Operate paid contests without authorization.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Use bots or automation tools.
  • Manipulate engagement metrics.
  • Launder money through gifting cycles.
  • Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

6. Virtual Item (Coins, Gifts, Diamonds)

All virtual items:
  • Are licensed, not sold.
  • Have no real world monetary value.
  • Are not transferable.
  • Are non refundable except where required by law.
We may modify pricing, conversion rates, or availability at any time.

7. Diamond Conversion & Withdrawals

Diamond conversion:
  • Is discretionary.
  • Requires compliance review.
  • May be delayed.
May be denied for suspicious activity.
We may:
  • Freeze suspicious balances.
  • Reverse fraud related Diamonds.
  • Adjust conversion rates.
  • Impose payout limits.
  • Withdrawals are not guaranteed.

8. Promotional Events

The Platform may host events:
  • Participation is free unless explicitly stated.
  • Gifts are voluntary.
  • Rewards are funded by the Platform.
  • Rewards may be modified or cancelled.
  • No event guarantees profit.

9. Agency Program

Agencies:
  • May recruit creators.
  • May not collect unauthorized fees.
  • May not operate an independent gambling style contests.
  • May not guarantee earnings.
  • The Platform is not responsible for off platform agreements.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content.
By uploading content, you grant the Platform a:
  • Worldwide
  • Royalty free
  • Non exclusive
  • Transferable license

To use, promote, and distribute content for business purposes.

11. Copyright Policy

If you believe content infringes copyright, you may submit a  notice.
Repeat infringers may be permanently banned.

12. Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for:
  • Income tax reporting.
  • Paying applicable taxes.
  • Complying with financial regulations.

We may with hold taxes if legally required.

13. Payment & Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback:
  • Coins may be revoked.
  • Diamonds may be deducted.
  • Accounts may be suspended.
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent termination.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Policy violations.
  • Fraud.
  • Money laundering suspicion.
  • Security risks.
  • Legal compliance needs.
  • Upon termination:
  • Virtual items may be forfeited.
No compensation will be provided.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Platform is not liable for:
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of virtual items.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Payment processor failures.
  • Regulatory changes.
  • Algorithm changes.
  • Thirdparty misconduct.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims arising from:
  • Your content.
  • Your tax obligations.
  • Your policy violations.
  • Your misuse of services.

17. Regional Compliance

We may restrict features in certain countries.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
We may block users in sanctioned jurisdictions.

18. Date & Privacy

Use of the Platform is governed by our (Privacy Policy).

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to:
  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Cyberattacks
  • Regulatory changes
  • Payment provider failures

20. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

21. Governing Low

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of:
India / Maharasatra
Disputes shall be resolved through:
 
Arbitration (recommended for protection)
Or courts located in Mumbai Jurisdiction.

22. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and the Platform.
