Music and Audio Privacy and Rights Policy

1.1.1.This policy explains how Tepnot Technologies Private Limited manages, protects, and owns all music, soundtracks, and lyrics used within our social media platform (“Tepnot”). All music and lyrics featured in the App are original, created, or generated exclusively by our platform team.
1.2. Ownership of Music and Lyrics
1.2.1. Original Lyrics: All lyrics available in our App are original works written and owned by our internal creative team. No third-party lyrics are used without written consent.
1.2.2. Music Production: All musical compositions, beats, sound effects, and background music are either: Composed by our in-house music production team, orGenerated using licensed AI music-generation platforms with full commercial-use rights.
1.2.3. Full Rights: Tepnot Technologies Private Limited holds complete ownership and control over all songs, lyrics, and compositions published or distributed through the App.
1.2.4. No user-uploaded or third-party music is accepted or hosted on our servers.
1.3. AI Music Generation and Permissions
1.3.1. Some of our music is created with AI music-generation platforms or APIs.
1.3.2. We use only licensed AI systems that grant: Rights to use AI-generated music commerciallyFull permission for editing, remixing, and distribution within our Platform.
1.3.3. We retain all rights to modify, remix, or remove any AI-generated music used in our app.
1.4. Music Use Within the Platform
1.4.1. The music library is provided for use only within our app (for example, as background music for videos, short clips, or in-app features).
1.4.2. Users may not: Download, redistribute, or reuse platform music outside the app, orClaim ownership, resell, or upload our music to external platforms.
1.4.3. Any violation may lead to account suspension or legal action under applicable copyright laws.
1.5. Music Removal Policy

1.5.2. Our copyright team will:Review and verify the claim within 48–72 hoursRemove or restrict the track if infringement is confirmed.

1.6.1. Our music files are securely stored and managed by our servers or authorized CDN providers.
1.6.2. No personal user data is linked to music playback.
1.6.3. We collect only anonymized playback statistics (e.g., number of plays or usage in videos) to improve app performance.
1.6.4. We do not share or sell any audio data with third parties.
