Creator Agency Rules & Guidelines
1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
- All hosts must maintain professional behavior during live streams and while using the platform.
- Any form of nudity, sexual content, adult behavior, or inappropriate activities is strictly prohibited.
- Hosts must follow all platform community guidelines and local laws.
- Hate speech, harassment, violence, illegal activities, or abusive behavior are not allowed.
2. HOST AGREEMENT
By joining the agency, the host agrees to follow all agency rules, policies, and platform regulations.
The agency has the right to monitor host performance and activities for quality and compliance purposes.
Violation of rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the agency.
3. REVENUE SHARING & PERCENTAGE SYSTEM
The host revenue percentage and agency percentage will be decided by the agency during the host invitation/joining process.
The agency has the authority to set, update, or modify the revenue-sharing percentage based on host performance and agreement.
Hosts must agree to the selected percentage before joining the agency.
4. GUARANTEED SUPPORT PROGRAM ( FIRST 2 MONTHS ONLY )
The platform does not provide fixed salaries to hosts.
However, selected hosts approved by the platform may receive temporary earning support during their first 2 months.
Minimum monthly target support amount: ₹8,500.
Example:
- If a host earns ₹5,000 at the end of the month, the platform may provide an additional ₹3,500 to complete the ₹8,500 target.
- This support program is valid only for the first 2 months from the host’s joining date.
- After 2 months, the agency will independently decide which hosts to continue working with based on performance and activity.
5. WITHDRAWAL & PAYMENT POLICY
- Hosts who are connected with an agency are not allowed to directly withdraw earnings from the platform.
- All withdrawals will be processed by the agency.
- The agency will distribute payments to hosts according to the agreed revenue-sharing policy.
- The agency is responsible for maintaining accurate payment records and timely settlements.
6. ACTIVITY & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Hosts are expected to remain active and maintain regular streaming schedules.
- The agency may set minimum streaming hours, activity goals, or performance targets.
- Continuous inactivity without notice may result in removal from the agency.
7. Fake Activity & Fraud Prevention
Fake viewers, fake gifts, illegal transactions, multiple fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
Any host involved in fraudulent behavior may be permanently banned and may lose all pending earnings.
8. Account Responsibility
- Hosts are responsible for the security and management of their own accounts.
- Sharing account passwords or allowing unauthorized access is prohibited.
- Any loss caused by account misuse will be the host’s responsibility.
9. Content Ownership & Usage
The platform and agency may use public live stream content, promotional clips, or screenshots for marketing and promotional purposes.
Hosts agree not to upload copyrighted or unauthorized content.
10. Agency Rights
The agency reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject host applications.Remove inactive or rule-violating hosts.
- Modify agency policies when necessary.
- Change revenue-sharing structures with prior notice.
11. Termination Policy
- Hosts may request to leave the agency according to platform policies.
- The agency may remove a host at any time for rule violations, poor performance, fraud, or misconduct.
12. Final Agreement
Joining the agency means the host has read, understood, and accepted all rules and conditions mentioned above.
