Creator Agreement

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Legal Entity: Tepnot Technolgies Private Limited

1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation as a content creator (“Creator”) on the Platform.

By registering as a Creator, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, the (Terms of Service), (Virtual Items Policy), (Diamond Withdrawal Policy), and (Community Guidelines).

If you do not agree, you may not participate as a Creator.

2. CREATOR ELIGIBILITY

To become a Creator, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) if requested.
  • Not be located in restricted jurisdictions.
  • Not be previously banned by the Platform.
  • The Platform may reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Creators are independent users and not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

  • Employment relationship
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship
  • Creators are solely responsible for their own taxes and legal compliance.

4. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Live stream content
  • Recorded content
  • Chat interactions
  • Music usage
  • Background visuals

Creators must not:

  • Stream copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Broadcast illegal activities.
  • Promote gambling or betting.
  • Share adult content involving minors.
  • Promote scams or financial fraud.
  • Conduct off-platform paid competitions.
  • The Platform may remove content without notice.

5. VIRTUAL GIFTS & DIAMONDS

Creators may receive Diamonds based on:

  • Voluntary gifts from viewers.
  • Promotional bonuses funded by the Platform.

Diamonds:

  • Are virtual reward points.
  • Do not guarantee income.
  • Are subject to eligibility checks.
  • May fluctuate in conversion value.
  • The Platform may adjust Diamond balances if fraud is detected.

6. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

Diamond withdrawals are subject to:

  • Identity verification.
  • AML compliance review.
  • Fraud detection checks.
  • Regional eligibility rules.
  • Minimum payout thresholds.

The Platform may:

  • Delay withdrawals.
  • Deny suspicious withdrawals.
  • Reverse Diamonds obtained through abuse.
  • Suspend accounts under investigation.

7. ANTI-FRAUD & ANTI-MANIPULATION

Creators may NOT:

  • Self-gift using alternate accounts.
  • Participate in gifting rings.
  • Use bots or automation.
  • Artificially inflate engagement.
  • Coordinate off-platform payments for gifting.
  • Manipulate leaderboard systems.

Violation may result in:

  • Permanent suspension.
  • Balance forfeiture.
  • Legal reporting where required.

8. NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Minimum income.
  • Stable earnings.
  • Promotional placement.
  • Algorithmic exposure.
  • Event rewards.
  • Creator income depends solely on audience engagement and compliance.

9. AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS

If a Creator joins an Agency:

  • The Platform is not responsible for agency agreements.
  • The Platform is not liable for off-platform payments.
  • Agencies may not guarantee earnings.
  • Agencies may not operate independent paid contests.
  • The Platform may terminate agency-linked accounts for violations.

10. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting earnings to tax authorities.
  • Paying income tax.
  • Complying with local financial laws.

The Platform may:

  • Deduct withholding taxes if required by law.
  • Share payout data with tax authorities where legally obligated.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE

Creators grant the Platform a:

  • Worldwide
  • Non-exclusive
  • Royalty-free
  • Transferable license

To use, distribute, promote, and display Creator content for:

  • Platform promotion
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Social media advertising
  • Internal operations
  • Creators retain ownership of their original content.

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Money laundering suspicion.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Repeated community violations.

Upon termination:

  • Diamonds may be forfeited.
  • Withdrawal eligibility may be revoked.
  • Access may be permanently blocked.
  • No compensation will be provided.

13. REGIONAL & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Creators must comply with:

  • Local broadcasting laws.
  • Digital payment regulations.
  • Tax regulations.
  • Sanctions and export laws.
  • The Platform may restrict features in certain jurisdictions.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is not liable for:

  • Loss of earnings.
  • Payment delays by banks.
  • Algorithm changes.
  • Viewer behavior.
  • Third-party service interruptions Regulatory changes affecting payouts.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims arising from:

  • Creator content violations.
  • Copyright disputes.
  • Tax violations.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Misrepresentation.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The Platform shall not be liable for service interruption due to:

  • Government actions
  • Regulatory changes
  • Cyberattacks
  • Payment processor failures
  • Natural disasters

17. MODIFICATIONS

The Platform may modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
