1. Monthly Host Payment – Up to ₹5,000
An eligible Host can receive up to ₹5,000 per month, subject to Host performance, Live activity, quality and completion of the required Live criteria.
Basic eligibility requirements:
- Minimum 20 valid Live days per month
- Minimum 3 valid Live hours per qualifying day
- Minimum 60 valid Live hours per month
- Camera must remain ON
- Host must be clearly visible and actively participating
- Host must maintain genuine interaction and reasonable Live quality
- Simply sitting idle or keeping the Live running will not qualify as valid activity
₹5,000 is the maximum standard monthly Host payment and is not a fixed or automatically guaranteed salary.
The final eligible amount may be determined based on the Host’s valid Live days, valid Live hours, activity, performance, quality, policy compliance and applicable Tepnot Host Program criteria.
2. Exceptional Host – Up to ₹7,000/Month
Exceptional/high-quality Hosts may be eligible to receive up to ₹7,000 per month after audition and evaluation by Tepnot.
Selection may be based on:
- Communication skills
- Camera presence
- Personality
- Entertainment ability
- Audience interaction
- Creativity/talent
- Content quality
- Overall Live performance
Up to ₹7,000 is not a fixed or guaranteed salary. The final amount will depend on the Host’s audition, performance, eligibility and applicable Tepnot Host Program criteria.
Payment Summary
Standard Host: Up to ₹5,000/month
Exceptional Host: Up to ₹7,000/month after audition/evaluation
Required Live Days: Minimum 20 valid days/month
Required Live Time: Minimum 3 valid hours/day
Camera: Mandatory
Active Participation: Mandatory
Payment: Normally processed between the 1st–5th of the following month
